Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets or steaks
- Olive Oil
- Softened butter
- Lemon
- Freshly pressed garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Oregano
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Honey
Preparation:
- Poor some olive oil in a pan
- Place the Salmon, skin down, in the pan
- Poor some lemon on the salmon
- Take the softened butter and smear it all over the salmon
- Sprinkle the garlic, italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper on the salmon, thoroughly covering it
- Turn on stove top Medium High, or for grilling, medium to medium high (when grilling, place skin down on grill)
- Cook until flaky
