<li>Salt</li>
<li>Pepper</li>
<li>Honey</li>

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Poor some olive oil in a pan</li>
<li>Place the Salmon, skin down, in the pan</li>
<li>Poor some lemon on the salmon</li>
<li>Take the softened butter and smear it all over the salmon</li>
<li>Sprinkle the garlic, italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper on the salmon, thoroughly covering it</li>
<li>Turn on stove top Medium High, or for grilling, medium to medium high (when grilling, place skin down on grill)</li>
<li>Cook until flaky</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Final Step Before Eating:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>When the Salmon is done cooking, it generally can be scooped up with a flat spatula separate from the skin</li>
<li>place Salmon on plate and generously drizzle honey on it</li>
